What is your shipping and return policy?
30 Day Return Policy
Navarro.com has gone out of its way to ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience. However our concern doesn't only encompass your buying experience, we want you to have a no hassle return experience as well. Therefore should you ever want to return an item that you purchased from Navarro.com, we will provide you a full refund, minus any restocking fees that apply, within 30 days of select purchases.
We strive for excellent customer service. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately at (786)-245-8524; please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number and the name of the affected products.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns of Health and Wellness products or Personal Care items. Food & Beverages need to be returned within 7 days of the day of receipt in order to get credit for the item.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
Due to the nature of bulk ordering and the high cost associated with returns, all bulky order sales are final. Bulky orders are any order that exceeds 10 lbs.
In order to qualify for a full refund please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.

Our customers are always welcomed to return select items they purchase on Navarro.com.
If you wish to return an item to Navarro.com, we kindly ask that you please follow the instructions provided below. We have also included the instructions in your packing slip with your shipped items.
Please Note: The only items that do not qualify for the 30 Day Return are: Food and Beverages. In order to process a return you must resend these items back to us within 7 days of the date you received them in perfect condition. No Exceptions.
Rules for Returning Merchandise or Goods to Navarro.com
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in new and excellent condition, to ensure you receive full credit. Please note that any FREE Shipping Item will have a 15% Restocking Fee.
2. We ask that our Customers please complete the return questionnaire on the following page so we can know the reason for the return in advance and the status of the returned items.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels, stickers or papers from the outside of the package or boxes in which you are sending the items or goods.
